On one hand you talk about volume dwindling and then on the other you talk about OTC/SEC loopholes for selling shares. Sorry but those two statements totally contradict one another. Meaning this makes no sense.

All this great news and the volume slowly dwindles...check the one year chart. Something is going on that we don't know about. OTC/SEC loopholes for selling shares?
