SEC are the ones to prove misdeeds if there are any. The public has no information and you certainly don't.

DTGoody: I here ya brother but what concerns me most is like I messaged a little while ago. If the SEC does not act upon the lies put out it will send messages to other CEOs to do the same with no regards to disciplinary action.

You don't think there is something "wrong" when a company claims they will file their AF at least 6 times but THEY NEVER DO? That alone indicates you have big problems.
