Most of them true.. last 5 years no any dilution.. CEO cleaned up all convertible notes.. share structure the same last 5 years.. yes they have settlement money for the next 2.5 years.. their agency xa makes net profit.. Also CMGO holds 12 million GMER shares.. another cash source.. if GMER shares hit let's say 5 cents one day lol:)

I trust CEO Glenn whatever he promised he did.. He is a shareholder friendly CEO . Hard to find on the otc market like him the second one..
