I highly doubt Sabby would have voted yes. Their $2m investment (number based on trading just above .01 when their purchase was announced) is worth around $400k now. Why on earth would they vote yes to further dilution?
And are these converted shares a part of the total outstanding, or separate from? How are there 2.6B shares counted when there are slightly more than 2B outstanding? And even if they are counted separately, that doesn’t add up to an extra 600M.
