That's not true.

look at the chart since beginning of the year when the OS was 30M

Look at the filings and it clearly told the market dilution was coming. Current filings clearly tells the market dilution is over, or very close to being over. Next note 85K in Aug. (if that's not paid already), Next note after that, 40K in Feb, 2020.

On August 24, 2018, the Company entered into a convertible note payable for $85,000 bearing interest at 10% per annum. All principal and interest is due on August 24, 2019. (Likely paid)

On February 15, 2019, the Company entered into a convertible note payable for $43,000 bearing interest at 10% per annum. All principal and interest is due on February 15, 2020. (Could be outstanding)
