It doesn't matter if any consultant fee and training fee has started, it will show up in the coming 10K. The 10Q for 2019 Q1 is history, the next financial report is the Annual Report 10K due on September 27, it will report:
Revenue for 6 months ending June 30 (2019 Q1 + Q2) is $2 million or higher if training/consultant fee has started as compared to $8,200 in the same period in 2018 (2018 Q1 + Q2)
QMC has officially entered the "Revenue Phase". So our share price should not be in the pennies anymore. That explain the bullish chart formation, may be it anticipates a graduation to NASDAQ.
