From the LOI it seems slated to benefit Novas more than the current management but they wouldn't be doing it if there wasn't something in it for them.
They took 6000 preferred C shares for $150k in owed compensation and yet are set to give Novas 237.5k preferred C shares. For what? Definitely more to the story!
