Interim CEO. Once the definitive agreement is signed Novas is to be issued preferred shares that will give him predominant voting power. I suppose it's possible that he could keep him on but Benito does not seem like the type to let someone else run the show. Would we really want anyone else? Look at what he has done with GSCM!
