I, like Janice, have done some extensive research on this supposed Theo guy and search results are very limited. I don't know the relationship of the to partners but I would definitely like to see some sort of paperwork of that transaction closing. To me, it sounds like they found out about Jakes takeover idea and didn't want it happening so they came out with this lame pr that as poorly written and thought out to trick investors all this was taking place. I had messaged Jake personally and waiting for a response regarding this whole matter. What really pissed me off was the fact the old ceo had the guts at the end of the pr to "thank" shareholders for the past years....yea...years of putting money in your pockets. They paid themselves over 1.4+ million in profits and we have nothing to show for it. I will be voting to kick them out and seeing this through until we get a green light or a definite no from a judge or some other person above authority from management. We literally finally have someone in the penny market who actually wants investors to make it and he will add tremendous value to the little guy.
