I doubt that'll happen. Jake doesn't seem to have a very good understanding of what control blocks are. But there could be more to this story than meets the eye. It'll be interesting to see how it works out.
Odd that in the PR, Hanson--or Ritchie, I forget which--said the commons were non-voting. Is that even possible?
And who is Theo Hanson, anyway? A quick Google search turns up some odd results. I haven't tried hard, but I do remember IFLM from years ago, when Kenneth Eade had a large position.
