Good call. Non-US plays are more difficult to play because there are no breadth and sentiment readings. Price charts and price indicators is all I have to work from which is a VERY SMALL TOOLCHEST compared to the US. I put the Nikkei in the same high risk category as a sector play because of the amount of tools in my toolchest.
