You dont combine the two (Andrew and ARJ Consulting)...they have to report what Garnock owns personally as well as what he beneficially owns throw ARJ Consulting which includes him, his wife and ARJ consulting...so he owns 25.19%
Elkay11, what happens is that the line corresponding to ARJ Consulting, LLC with 576,999,999 shares is included in the line corresponding to Andrew Garnock with 577,146,067 shares. If you substract 576,999,999 from 577,146,067, you obtain 146,068, that is the number of shares held by his wife.
