well that buys back at least another 10-12 million shares depending on where the shorts want to price this stock that looks as bloody as ROCKY 1 and 2 combined

Will that have a one-time effect on Q2 earnings or is it accounted for in a different manner? Any idea what they do with the cash? Buybacks or pay down debt or just keep more COH?
