As far as being able to buy cheap shares at the ask, yeah probably is one of the cheapest. However, you might occasionally be able to pick up rare cheap drops to the bid of MAGAA, which is one of the most pristine shells on the OTC, and amazingly has a much lower o/s than WSCC.
