Celsus is its own company. Its a LLC not owned by WRFX or its common holders. Its a private company. This really isnt that hard to understand. Just like ParanoTek, Celsus is a private company and NOT a subsidiary of WRFX. All revenue from WRFX has been funneled into Celsus. Most would call it money laundering.
