Coming from someone who has been in this train wreck for years, all I can say is run for the hills. GreenGro basically has nothing going for it.

"In April 2018, the Company received notice of a pending lawsuit, filed in the State of California for which the Company was one of several defendants named, citing several complaints including breach of contract, conspiracy to commit fraud, and specific performance.This case was dismissed on April 24, 2019. The settlement amount was $12,500 and 1,500,000 shares"

I have reviewed the Annual disclosure document, the financial reports, and the footnotes for the period ended December 31, 2018 and 2017, posted separately on May 16 & 17, 2019, and also the Quarterly disclosure document, the financial reports, and the footnotes for the period ended March 31, 2019 and 2018, posted on May 20, 2019. It is my opinion that said documents are accurate, up to date, and contain the most current information available on the Issuer.
