5AT. WMI still owns the Title to WMB. Only the Equity Interest was released of WMB's single share to the FDIC. The seizure of WMB was illegal on many counts, to make it legal WMI became a willing seller.

JPM has agreed to pay the CIC as part of the purchase of "WMB and it's assets". Employees are not getting CIC money from WMI.
