This is a more fleshed out, yes, eclectic narrative from several sources. Now don't give me any shit about no links because....graphic, extra credit, and because I've had a few glasses of this rum barrel aged high alcohol content wine, and I'm just not up to it. LOL!
That I WAS up to writing that fucking paragraph is a source considerable amazement to me.
The nose has intense lifted mocha, caramel and baking spice notes. On the palate the wine is full and mouth coating with brown sugar, jammy blackberry and chocolate notes.
Blend: 50% Shiraz, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Grenache
Story behind the label: A Fenian Exile from Skibbereen Ireland who took a prominent part in the Fenian movement from its very infancy. Arrested in 1864, found guilty and sentenced to ten years’ penal servitude.
