*EMA holds 15% of converts @ $47,758

*Auctus holds 30% of converts @ $91,659

*April 15, 2019, there were 19,460,215 shares outstanding
*June 6, 2019, there were 81,786,606 shares outstanding

62,326,391 total shares have been issued between that period. If you want to do a quick cheat...apply those percentages to that total with regards to the lowest points of conversion for specified holders. I like to use worst case scenarios...and trust me...worst case here looks very good currently.

***Note...don't forget this(deduct this dollar amount from the amount above...ie..306k less 43k)
