Birdman - I have witnessed many phony Nrs over the years squeak out. Deperate times require desperate measures. Quite possible someone forged the SLJB letterhead and faxed the NR in to reuters hoping for a POP.

I saw a few make it through. I saw a lot on the internet doctored and placed on Boards - even some convictions from it too. I remember a Guy from Kentucky got convicted - all I remember is the symbol was 4 letter all the same like DDDD.

was in 2000 and convicted 2001 January or February

Someone at Reuters saw it and got it pulled because it was a fake! Simple.

Whoever faked it probably hacked into the Reuters site and merely "revised" an already existing release re Emaar, to make it look favorable for SLJB.
