there is no legal filings to give you a 6 for 1. A company can promise whatever they want - what are you going to do SUE.

The market works in far differnt methods than the ones you have visions of.

I knew all that ASTRO, but for some reason, ETRADE would not release the info to them at the time, I purchased all mine before the 16th.

If Rufus can be held to his word you should get your 6:1 shares if you sold AFTER the 16th. I believe Simon brought this up a number of times - and Rufus confirmed it more than once. People that did sell on that statement would get their shares - if there are indeed shares to be had. They still need to file for increasing the authorized to 1 Billion, like Rufus mentioned.
Time wil tell as many say - if anyone receives those shares.

Tarnation - I'm REALLY mad now! I just realized I sold the last of my shares on 10/11/06. I WANT MY 6:1 SPLIT! This just isn't fair! I am going to lose so much money because I sold so soon...WAHHHHhhhhhhh
