He and i had a little chat and decided the best course was to ban indefinitely the worst of the four as that kind of ban can be lifted at any future time. After the decision was made i then became aware of your contribution to the question, which is always appreciated.
The bans are fully justified as simple disruption has been the main aim of the two for some time.
