I’m having a hard time wrapping my head around the fact pmcb is hovering around 52 week lows when they are on the verge of a momentous IND. why is there no confidence in a billion share company with no results produced in decades? Any ideas?

It should be convert to PMCB by now. Your broker need to do their work and I think it should be automatic convert by now though
