Huh? KALY is a 'dark' Form 15 filer since 2013 and is nott an SEC registrant.

As a non-SEC registrant, there is nothing to suspend! The SEC cannot suspend a Form 15 filer, as there is no registration.

FINRA can choose to issue a temporary or permanent trading halt and/or cancel a symbol (ticker), butt that is a different kettle of fish and nott a suspension.
