To bad Verizon purchased the mark from Telogis and not RMTD.

If the word “Remote Dynamics” is used in Telogis training manuals which are now owned by Verizon, don’t you think Verizon will own what they purchased from Telogis? LoL

Funny how stockholder equity is worthless and all remaining assets of value were approved for sale by the largest holding shareholder.

re RMTD this has been raised and answered on the board innumerable times ...since you feel that VERIZON legally protecting property they acquired in the Telogis acquisition , property that RMTD has not owned since the foreclosure in 2010 ,in some phantasmagorical way gives current value to the TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY BILLION PLUS fully diluted shares of RMTD in 2019 ...it would seem to be incumbent on you
to call VERIZON and ask whatever makes you happy
a trademark and a company name are two totally separate and distinct legal constructs ...GEORGE Washington and George Foreman have the same first name ..SO WHAT ?????
how does protecting a trademark in any way link VERIZON to the rotting corpse of a company that has not existed for over ten years ..VERIZON does not even know nor do they care that a company named REMOTE DYNAMICS existed and DIED over a decade ago.they are protecting a TRADEMARK NOT A COMPANY NAME ..CALL THEM AND PROVE OTHERWISE
you are welcome to borrow my description of RMTD ...it is as true when you post it as when i post it and i consider your use of it to be verification that it is true...a nice compliment...THANK YOU
ENJOY THE WEEKEND
