i'm sure you're avg cost is 3 cents.... :-)

this isn't like a "biotech", but rather a plain-to-see dilution machine run by a shady, legally entangled outfit that has had 10 names and as many "business lines" in the last 10 years.

and, what makes you think i'm invested in this?!? the only reason i'd possibly put money here is if i thought a pump-n-dump were imminent...

again, i wonder how you believe a company with no competitive advantage and with a track record of diluting to the tune of 100,000,000 shares p.a. (without getting a dime in cash capital in return!) is going to be a success going forward...

potn's capital structure is a veritable nightmare...and they have de minimis cash on hand, which translates into an acceleration of future dilution..

btw, the company is fast approaching the 1bn authorized share limit...any guesses on when they're going to have to raise it? my guess...soon!

I agree with you. If you are in risky penny stocks you have to treat them as speculation investments. I would only invest money I could affort to lose.

Selain, I'm not being critical or judgmental, but if you bought at 3 cents, that means you were holding when this ran to 96 cents. Can you help me understand why you wouldn't have sold and took profits?

I was holding at 6 cents and unloaded way too early during that run but I was still happy with the profit. I would have been happier if I had waited another day or two but that's another story.
