janniebegood, I cannot provide names and addresses, I can only go by the trading history of the stock. If it were not for a huge naked short position in this stock, imo, this entire audit fiasco would have never happened.
In my opinion whoever was pulling the strings did everything they could to delay the financials. PV intimated in his pr's that the numbers are not far off the unaudited statements previously published.
If that is true, and I believe it is for a number of reasons, then the naked shorts would have stood to lose millions if the numbers came out and the price ran up.
In my opinion, and sadly I believe, they even got to PV somehow and made a deal with him to buy more time for them to cover. I also believe that PV may have recently become a problem for them and that is why we saw his chaotic behavior this past week.
When PV issued the 'date certain' pr I believe he really meant it. I believe that the shorters exerted some kind of pressure on him, whatever it may have been, to not issue the audits on the 15th as he expected to do so.
Of course these are strictly my opinons. Unfortunately I was a psychology major in college only to graduate and become a stockbroker, lol, a dangerous mix if you ask me.
