Yes. Good points. It is striking that the basic details about the agreement are absent. I suspect that if BDD were paying IPIX something, it would have been clearly stated. I believe, however, that it is the other way around - IPIX is paying to use BDD's technology. Hopefully, they will do something with it but it does not appear that they have the partner we were all looking for at this point.
