Upfront cash and milestones leading to brilacidin-OM and possibly even UPS getting on with further trials and into marketing.

I have a few numbers well over $100M. Just waiting. And accumulating along with some of the bidwhakers. Once a deal is inked, those on the sidelines will be jumping over the ask imo.
