I'm the last guy to ask, but usually the run starts late. We draft 18 players and we start 3 IDP's with a minimum of 4 rostered.

There are anomalies like the year that TJ Watt went second round but otherwise you just have to feel where the draft is going and what your point system is.

Maybe we could talk our friends into making a board for free this year so everyone can participate?
