that would take forever. well, actually, how long do you think it would take? first, he has to get that money back (assuming that is the case), and we have no idea how long that would take.

but taking your scenario, why not just say, look i used some money for this, this and that and that's why the numbers don't match the unaudited. which were now, what, 6 months ago or so? assuming the projects are legit and will help the biz, it sounds like something a ceo of growing business could legitimately say.

Yet, he said he had them in his hands, and also says said they would be released on the 15th. I assume you mean he didn't know the numbers when he said the 15th? And every genius knows that if you just wait and deny it, it will go away.

If Petar gets the money back, why do the audits need to be done again? How much do you want to be you're not even close? Why do you want the price lower? Oh, that's right, you already said you owned this stock that would justify you saying this. You don't want the price lower, you used to like this stock.

I don't think that your story could be true for several reasons but with the connections he has now, raising a few million to make many times that wouldn't be a problem.
