Fwiw, zachs put out a buy recommendation for Coop on 5/31/19, calling it a Top ranked value stock. See the Yahoo page for Coop.
The carnage started with the Piper analyst with a $9 target after the first quarter earnings report.

The "Major Event" was the "Gifting of ~ $45MM 'Combined Worth' of COOP Shares" to the Executive Management of COOP by COOP's BOD...

Since that 'Major Event' occurred, COOP PPS was manipulated ALL the way to $7.15 by EOD today and may continue to fall even further down so that COOP Executive Leadership will get the 'Maximum Number of COOP Shares' "Transferred" to them.
