Satch, good question. What Iam saying is the flow rates were deterimined and included as part of the asset basis regarding the E. Texas LOI. However, new negotiations with the lease holder in Grimes requires silence as they negotiate future wells. You wouldn't want them to know how good the flow rates are. They would want a bigger slice of the pie. This is all conjecture as we are still in the dark with respect to Grimes. I think we will get a PR shortly clearing all of this up. Billiam
