You're overrating the benefits of 'ownership' and, as you noted, it's a FED case.

The 'machine' can not choose jurisdiction. It's either a Fed case or it isn't.

Yeah, things are changing. I don't think there's much left of the machine that you so like to pick on. You'll have to find a new argument going forward. It was actually Patrick Fitzgerald, not Peter.
