I just don't know if anybody pulls PV's strings. If they do, with PV being a temporary CEO, a highly respected replacement is due. The AF's would have dissuaded all this hoopla from the start.

My past post...

This is my take:

I have lost most of my investment today as most of us who have held have. The news article was the pivotal point in the dumping of the stock. Flippers had a field day at our expense and to their joy.

Having been behind this company for a while, I am considerably disappointed with Peter. The professionalism and business sense seemed to have been lost with him. Many times a ceo will be on the back end of news or consideration but doesn't over react in that fashion. The news article didn't need a response from him at this time. He should have let the AF's speak for themselves and let the public decide on his performance. The lack of professionalism toward the newspaper with his comments and his withholding the af's have also ruined his reputation as a leader, his trust as a ceo, and the confidence of the stockholders. The selling of his company stock shows this. So, he is going to punish the stockholders for the newspaper article? Not release the history of his success? Not show the stockholders he deserves the confidence and trust as a ceo? His response was obviously from his anger and his inability to not take this personally. The article was obviously biased to anyone with any intelligence and common sense. Now no one knows about his performance, his ability to run a public company, but definately we all know how to get his goat.

At this time the only two things needed from sljb. First is to get out the financials. That is the only way for anyone to have any idea this is a ligitimate organization with revenues, contracts and future growth. Second, there needs to be a PR, not that Peter has stepped down as ceo, but he has been replaced along with an apology from the company for the mis-handling of the situation. I guess this is a prime example of the Peter Principle (Some people are eventually promoted to their level of incompetency)(also, not meant to be funny). This might not be Peter's fault in the sense that he should never have been taken out of his "deal-making" position.

Serious consideration should be taken at this time, not by Peter, but those board members that really want a successful company.
