tell me who would have "fired" Petar? if i knew the name of anyone who could do that i'd be making the call...not to fire him but to ask that this situation be explained and corrected. i don't think there is anyone above Petar to fire him. who would it be? if there is a Wessal (Ahmed Khalil Al-Muslmani, president) then wouldn't they be somewhat concerned about the stock price drop since they supposedly purchased 25% of the company and gave PV a $25 million dollar credit facility? if i were Ahmed i'd have made a few calls to PV or asked him to appear for an audience and an understanding. at this point PV may have set the company up for a Wessal (if there is one) takeover at bargain prices, i.e. the other 75% of the company they don't already hold (if they exist). it is said those in the ME like to cut out the middle man so to speak.
TFN or any other long. Who could fire Petar. It seems this company has no real corporate structure. There is no real board of directors. Consultech or whatevers its called controls SLJB and Petar is already CEO of it. The more I type the madder I get at myself for not seeing all these red flags sooner.
