Didn't Wessal provide $25 million in financing! That would definitely appear on the balance sheet as cash, inventory, equipment, building leases with a liability to Wessal Inc.

Jannie: $25mil from Wessal to (Kore, Consultech, Sulja/Loftworks ?) and $20mil project in Canada by Kore? Too similar of numbers to ignore. Is "our" money now financing a PV project in Canada (Gym +)? Another reason for an audit. Where are the Sulja profits sitting? The Suljas walked away from $15mil/year and growing? Ugh!
