futr: way I understand it is say a company with the name "Royal" holds the Grimes leases. They entered into an agreement or limited JV with bign who has a "exclusive" deal with Hydroslotter.

Thusly is their "loose" claim to bign proprietary hydroslotting NCo2 technology, N2Vison..... similarly, bign may have entered into similar deals with "other" companies who can then claim use of hydroslotting.....were bign to terminate the relationship, then hydroslotting would not be part of the other companies claim to fame.

This is my THEORY. P.

seems more they are trying to squeeze hydroslotter for a better deal and if not they have other options.

i imagine if you talk to skip he would not be so happy with BIGN - But it's our interest and lancaster seems to go all out for us
