Thanks rick! appreciate the well wishes....retired and I would probably become best of friends so long as we never talked about JF or GZFX as an investment.....there was a time when we would have both held the same opinion, but that has long since past....
As to copy and paste from the filings....check my earlier posts, it is all outlined there....essentially with over 4 million in stock subscriptions and a minimum of 300 shares converted for each share purchased by GGI at 1.09 per share.....1.2 Billion shares at 0.0050 pps....of course we are a long way from 0.0050 pps so I increased to 1.5 Billion to compensate.
