Good one! I'm surprised the Court didn't order Maciora to get a real attorney. Seems the Court notes his legal deficits with each new Decision. Imagine the money the Court and MEC could have saved if Maciora wasn't Pro Se. The case could have been over long ago.

I wonder if a construction lawyer would have committed such procedural errors?
