I don’t want to argue here but I have been watching this stock for the last couple of years. It has never moved.
Viola is planning to reduce shares by RS so that he could dilute it.

This is going out of the trips without a split. But it will split sometime in the near future IMO. Unless like you said, it goes to a penny on its own.
