Obama had no right to try and bind our country into such an agreement with other countries by bypassing the constitutional path for such agreements.

It was the Iranian peoples money. How much of that cash do you think went to the people as opposed to the Ayatollah's terrorist activities.

The US always had intentions to refund there previous payments, but not to the Ayatollah. It should have been to help the people who it belonged to.
