Yeah. I'm thinking spin-off of Hydroslotter into a stand-alone company that NewBIGN would own a piece of in order to monetise the value and produce an Asset on the NewBIGN Balance Sheet, plus if part of the spin-off were a dividend to us loyalists it would go a long way toward ameliorating some of the suffering we've endured. Plus, I believe if NewBIGN kept 20%+ of spun-off Hydroslotter, accounting rules let it benefit from the profits of Hydroslotter, I forget what the accounting term but it lets NewBIGN carry Hydroslotter on its books in a special way.

Well, its not important, but shouldn't "companies" be either "companies'" or "company's" depending on whetehr they meant plural or singular?
