It was a shell when it started.. it is MUCH worse now.

It was laying on the NV SOS shelf, when Adam Tracy took it over, to immediately sell this great company to Williard McCusker...

And then Frankie got involved...

Willie and Frankie have worked hard to really screw as many investors as Possible.

IMO, it's just a different version of this..

Well, except for one thing.. there was talent involved in picking a pocket.

Hi Termite. This is a hijacked shell that used to be the ORRV fraud, Oceanic Research and Recovery.

That ended unfavorably when the CEO committed suicide after being thoroughly exposed as a con artist.

After lying dormant for many years the now banned from practicing before the SEC attorney Adam S Tracy hijacked this shell and around four dozen others by lying to the Nevada court system about being under investigation for what the commission considered fraudulent S-1 filings.

Then Willard McCusker purchased the shell from Tracy and resumed running frauds on the public like he did with his fraudulent warranty business.

After McCusker was fully exposed as a career con artist the former promoter for Mccusker, Frank Hawley, took over as the mouthpiece of the fraud.

And here we are years later with the same con game going on.
