Yep, exactly. It sounds to me as if it's in the best interest of Amazon to settle. I can't imagine that Amazon is not feeling the same way, based on the construction claims results that you just posted and because the judge and jurisdiction have a history for being strongly plaintiff-friendly in patent infringement cases.
I think a settlement is a strong bet. As for the other Semcon Markman hearings, I would be shocked if they happen. Two very strong Markman wins...it would be insane to hold more hearings on proven, solid claims.
