This is oddly weird! We agree, slightly. I have no problem with draft dodgers.
I was not around for Vietnam. When I was young, I thought draft dodgers were cowards. My position now is that the country should not enact a draft for a war in which we were not attacked, or in imminent danger of being attacked. Korea and Vietnam would fall under that definition.
Iraq war was started long before Cheney and Bolton.
