This is good news. Instead of diluting with the S1 they took out the note and will pay it off with the cash they'll have from the $950,000 payment.

The next announcement (if it's what I think it will be) I believe will show that things are much better than everybody thinks.

I'm guessing they will not utilize the s1 at these prices.

Now back to silent mode.
