Only reason GreenGro is mentioned is because the SEC wants all the dealings the defendant had with penny stocks.The SEC has not implicated GreenGro or has asked GreenGro for anything. GreenGro is not a defendent. Secondly ,this is not new. The SEC began its investigation into possible violations with the defendant who had stock dealings with GreenGro, on April 2, 2018.
