Promotions don't work like they used to. Of course it's possible to break .0013 today,But that is a resistance point for sure. If it's going to, I think it will be early today... By 10am Eastern time(?). If it doesn't break .0013... That's a queue to get out with your gains, and get back in again at .0008/.0009. The pump (promotion) was (likely) emailed to a few hundred thousand people yesterday afternoon. By noon 10:30am today we will know how that worked out. This is all just my opinion.
