They did not install a new CEO, Kistler is still the CEO. They only added a Chairman of the board, in a shell that has no board. All part of the pump and subsequent dump.

Yes not keeping it current is puzzling. Cheap and simple. Time will tell if they keep it or abandon it.

I expect this to take time and while we wait the stock will sell off further.

Face it, after months of negotiation the deal finally went off so no motivation to keep KRFG current! I'm concerned the market capitalization will go back to shell level!!!
